If you are a retailer interested in carrying My Panteez in your stores, you can contact us at info@mypanteez.com. Please write WHOLESALE in the Subject column. We will contact you with pricing and ordering information.

Return Policy
We understand that sometimes your purchase may not be what you expected and wish for an exchange or refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached, within 7 days of your package receipt date, for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
- Worn or laundered garments or garments with hangtags removed are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. (If these items are returned, they will be sent back to you.)
- My Panteez cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try My Panteez on over your own underwear.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health standards.
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
- We do not pay for shipping on returns.
